Boasting Keanu Reeves' famous swagger, this guy is a bit of a dick, but one you can't help wanting to hear more from. Once Misty leaves the room, rockerboy Johnny Silverhand will make his entrance. The latter, however, are in a red container, and can be ingested to speed things up - "free the demon, so to speak." The former come in a blue container, and are designed to slow down the rate at which your new guest - Johnny Silverhand, played by Keanu Reeves himself - assumes influence over your thoughts and actions. In the original trilogy, Neo's struggle was a man vs. The red and blue pills might also tell us something about The Matrix Resurrections ' maze-like plot. Misty pulls out two different kinds of medication - omega blockers and pseudoendotrizine. Revisiting the red and blue pills in this huge way allows Lana to use The Matrix Resurrections as a commentary on the franchise's real-world influence over the past 20 years.
